Neeko was an 8 1/2 year old German Shepherd. He was such a sweet dog that you would want to keep him forever. He lost the use of his rear legs which would normally mean a death sentence for a dog. However his owner learned of a web site that sells equipment for disabled dogs and Neeko was still up when these pictures were taken, getting around, and charming the people that he meets.

Neeko died of complications shortly after these pictures were taken. If you have a handicapped pet you may be able to find assistance for your pet at www.handicappedpets.com. We will miss this gentle dog very much.
