The walk starts at the Lake Anne Plaza parking lot and passes on the west side of Lake Anne towards the tall building in the distance.

Turn right at the end of the plaza and follow the walkway along the water.

The houses across the water were some of the first built in Reston.

Notice the many lovely gardens on your right.

Turn left to cross the bridge and walk straight up the hill on the other side.

At the top of the hill turn left to follow the sidewalk along Waterview Cluster.
