The boardwalk leaves the observation deck and curves to the left.

This is the edge of a beaver dam responsible for the wetlands. It extends over 400 feet from this point.

The boardwalk ends here. Continue on the connecting gravel trail.

The gravel trail winds in a half loop. Turn right at the next gravel trail intersection.

The trail will take you back through the woods instead of over the water.
