The walk starts on the path at the end of the access road for Jim Crabtree Park next to the soccer field. Take the trail to the right just after entering the woods.

A trail intersects from the left. Keep straight on the current trail.

A trail from the soccer field intersects from the right. Keep straight on the current trail as it soon turns to the left.

After going down a hill the trail splits. Take the trail to the left.
