The path loops from the dam and follows a private drive to Bright Pond Ln.

After crossing the drive take the asphalt path on the other side in the opposite direction.

The path turns left and enters a wooded area.

The trees begin to thin out at this point.

The path opens up into a grassy area.

The path intersects with Stones Throw Dr. Cross the street and turn left to continue on the asphalt trail.

Turn right at Field View Dr and follow the asphalt path to Reston Pkwy.
