These escalators carry people to street level above the plaza. |
This is the southern side of the bus bays. The waiting area is sheltered. The bus pictured goes to Montgomery Mall. There are several closer Metro Stations to Montgomery Mall but this is considered the destination station for the bus. Otherwise, passengers from the bus would have to pay a $1.75 charge in rush hour to ride one or two stops to this station. |
This is the northern side of the bus bays. Passengers are not exposed to weather in transfering to or from the Metro. |
Zip cars are located next to the bus bays within the terminal. There are many cars stored here. |
This is the parking entrance at the terminal. We did not collect information
on the parking. |
This is the terminal entrance on Woodmont Ave.

These buildings appear to be condos across from the bus terminal on Woodmont Ave. The bus shown goes to the Friendship Heights Metro Station from the Bethesda station. |
